La Spora Truffles — Italian Truffles from the Sangro Valley
For generations, our family has cultivated, foraged, and hand-processed Italian truffles from the pristine woodlands that surround the Sangro River, between Abruzzo and Molise. Guided by a zero-kilometer philosophy and deep respect for the land, we share the best of nature—and Italian craftsmanship—with the world.
Our Story: Roots in the Woods, Craft at the Table
La Spora Truffles is a family tradition. We grow and hand-pick fresh truffles, then transform them into preserves, sauces, and classic specialties using knowledge refined over decades. Every jar and every delivery reflects our belief that great cuisine begins with ingredient truth—aroma, texture, and purity.
“Passion and craftsmanship have accompanied us for generations.”
Zero-Kilometer, Sustainably Sourced
We work at the pace of nature. Our truffles are harvested in season, by hand, and as close as possible to where they will be prepared—minimizing transport, protecting freshness, and honoring the delicate ecosystems that make the Sangro Valley one of Italy’s most generous truffle landscapes.
Artisanal Production & Food Safety
All of our products are handcrafted in small batches. To ensure quality and shelf life, we use a controlled high-temperature sterilization process we have developed for our recipes. It extends durability and eliminates microorganisms potentially harmful to health—without altering the truffle’s taste, color, texture, or aromatic properties.
